1. Order Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times

 

Standard delivery typically takes 8-12 business days after processing.

Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

USA: Standard delivery takes 8-12 business days.

 

Please note these are estimated timeframes and can vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs, weather delays, or courier issues.

 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s destination and weight.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s website.

 

6. Address Changes

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Please confirm your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. Nightglowe is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We understand delays or issues can happen. Here is how we handle such cases:

Delays: If your order exceeds the standard 8-12 business day timeframe, contact us at nightglowe19@gmail.com. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen issues are beyond our control.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows no updates for 10+ days, we will investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.

Delivered but Not Received: If tracking states your order is delivered, but you did not receive it, check with neighbors, your household, or your local post office. Nightglowe is not responsible for items marked as delivered by the courier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. A replacement item will be shipped to you promptly.

 

8. Disputes Regarding Late Delivery

Delivery estimates (8-12 business days) are not guaranteed. External factors, such as customs clearance delays or courier disruptions, may extend delivery times.

Refunds or order cancellations due to late deliveries will not be granted unless the package is confirmed as lost by the courier.

By placing an order with Nightglowe, you agree to our shipping timelines and acknowledge that delays are possible.

Chargebacks: Chargebacks initiated for delivery delays will be disputed with evidence, including tracking updates, proof of shipment, and courier communications.
